Where Care Stays Constant
and Families Stay Supported
Steadfast Home Care Services, LLC is an owner-led, Honolulu-based non-medical home care agency serving families across the island of Oʻahu. We were founded with one purpose: to provide compassionate care that makes a meaningful difference, and to support the caregivers who make it possible.

Caring for Others Isn’t Just
What We Do. It’s Who We Are.
We understand that every individual deserves dignity, comfort, and respect, and that every family deserves support they can trust. Through personalized care and genuine human connection, we strive to enrich lives, promote independence, and bring peace of mind to those we serve.
Choosing care for someone you love is one of the most personal decisions a family makes. We built Steadfast so that families across Oʻahu have a partner who shows up with consistency, communicates like family, and treats every client like ʻohana, because to us, they are.
Compassion
Care that leads with kindness.
Dignity & Respect
Every person, always honored.
Accessibility
Support that fits your life.
Trust
Dependable, every visit.
Our Story, Our Purpose
What started as a simple desire to help has grown into something much deeper.
Through every person we cared for and every family we met, we saw not just needs, but stories, struggles, and love.
We were welcomed into homes during some of the most vulnerable moments in people’s lives.
We saw families doing their best, balancing work, emotions, and finances, while trying to give their loved ones the care they deserve. And in those moments, we realized that this is more than just work. This is a purpose.
We were inspired by the very people we serve. Their strength, their trust, and their stories pushed us to do more: to build something that could reach more families, something that could make a real difference.
That’s why we created this agency.
Not just to provide care, but to provide understanding.
Not just to offer services, but to offer options.
Not just to send caregivers, but to send people who are kind, compassionate, and truly care.
We believe that every family deserves support, no matter their situation. We understand that care is not one-size-fits-all, and that financial realities matter. That’s why we work closely with families to find solutions that are both affordable and meaningful, without compromising the quality of care.
To us, you are not just a client. You are family. And just like family, we are here to walk with you through the good days, the difficult days, and everything in between.
Our Promise
We promise to show up with heart.
To listen without judgment.
To care with compassion.
And to always put your loved one’s dignity, comfort, and happiness first.
Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just a business. This is our calling.

Learn MoreWhat Stands Behind Every Caregiver
Good care is built on careful preparation and steady follow-through. Here is what stands behind every caregiver we welcome onto our team and send into your home.
Every person who provides client care or supervises staff, including the Administrator, completes a criminal history records check and a review of relevant registries before any client contact. Anyone with a disqualifying history of abuse, neglect, threatened harm, or related offenses is not hired.
Every caregiver holds documented TB clearance before their first contact with any client, kept current as required. Staff with a contagious illness may not provide care until cleared.
Personal Care Aides have successfully completed a state-approved nurse aide training course or an equivalent, or meet the applicable professional credential requirements. We verify credentials through the appropriate Hawaii registry or credentialing authority and confirm at least two references for every hire.
Every client has a written service plan developed by our Supervisor together with the client or the client’s representative, signed by both, incorporated into the client record, and reviewed at least annually and whenever the client’s condition changes.
Our Supervisor performs an in-home supervisory visit of every caregiver serving every client at least once a year, verifying that services follow the service plan and that safety standards are met.
Every caregiver completes a structured orientation before their first assignment, covering client rights, confidentiality, scope of services, infection control, emergency procedures, and documentation, followed by continuous in-service education on topics such as dementia care, fall prevention, infection control, and cultural competency.
Client records are treated as confidential, secured physically and electronically, disclosed only to authorized persons as required or allowed by law, and retained for at least seven years.
The agency maintains general and professional liability coverage and bonding that protects clients against theft or loss of property. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Caregivers never solicit gifts, tips, loans, or money, never handle a client’s finances or accept cash, never influence a client’s will or legal decisions, and always know the whereabouts and condition of the client while on duty.
A Message From Abigail
When a family reaches out to us, they are often tired, worried, and carrying more than anyone should carry alone. I know that feeling, and it is exactly why I do this work. My promise is simple. I will care for your loved one the way I would want my own family cared for, and I will always be a real person you can reach, at every step. You do not have to do this alone anymore.

Everyone Is Welcome, Without Exception
Steadfast provides an inclusive and welcoming environment for all clients and prospective clients. We do not discriminate against any prospective or current client in access to home care services on the basis of race, sex (including gender identity or expression), sexual orientation, color, religion, ethnicity, country of origin, gender, or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
This applies to every part of what we do: intake and assessment, eligibility, the assignment of staff, and the quality of care itself. We also take reasonable steps to ensure that clients with limited English proficiency have meaningful access to services and information, and we accommodate clients with physical or sensory disabilities so that every client receives the same quality of service.
For the same reason, we do not honor requests for a caregiver based on discriminatory preferences. Staff assignments are based on qualifications, skills, and availability to meet each client’s needs.
